Return & Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Varsha Bioscience, The future leaders in sustainable and precision agriculture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 14 days to return an item from the date of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as that of receiving. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase or simply put, the tax invoice. Once we receive your item, we shall notify you the same and proceed for inspection and checks. After the inspection, we will approve the refund if eligible and intimate you via a call or a message regarding the same. Refunds will be made to the same mode of payment as used at the time of purchase. Refunds take anywhere from 3-4 days depending on bank norms.

SHIPPING– You shall ship the return material to us on a to-pay basis and we shall deduct the incurred freight amount from the refund. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS ARE ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING RULES:- Delivered product is sealed but damaged. In case of opening, if the product is deemed defective. Wrong product or size has been delivered. Please note, refunds for products deemed defective by you shall go through our QC check and then decided if the product qualifies for a refund. We shall share the QC report with you if needed.

REFUND POLICY:- If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the Customer Support Team will contact you and you shall let them know your bank account details to which we shall initiate a NEFT transfer. You may expect to receive the refund amount in 5-7 working days. Refunds for products paid ahead of time will be made to the same mode of payment as used at the time of purchase. These refunds take anywhere from 3-4 days depending on bank norms.
